ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. If an item is defective or if you were sent the wrong item, we will gladly
exchange it. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us
contact@deathclub.us within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will
respond promptly with further instructions and/or will send out a replacement item. If a
replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued for the full purchase price. All refunds
are processed into the original payment method.
We do not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot
be changed after submission.

Shipping rate for domestic orders: Free
Shipping rate for international orders: $20.00
Customer assumes all responsibility for customs fees.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

TRACKING INFORMATION
All tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
For regular prints, please allow 7-14 Business Days, not including weekends or holidays, to receive
tracking information for your order.
Cut and sew pieces require additional production time. You can expect tracking information for
these specialty items within 6 weeks, not including weekends and/or holidays.
